Our Mission
Relia IT strives to cultivate enduring client relationships by providing quality, prompt, and cost-effective information technology services to businesses. We maximize our customers' technology, productivity, and efficiency through reliable service, expert knowledge, lasting solutions, integrity, and active customer care.
Whether you are a sole proprietor, a retail franchise, or a manufacturing facility, whether you need a hard drive or server replaced, new laptops ordered, or an introduction to Microsoft Office 365, call Relia IT today. We would love the opportunity to be your business’s personal IT resource!
Relia IT’s Advantages
We make IT solutions affordable for your business. If it does not make sense financially to have your own IT department, Relia IT is the next best thing. You pay only for the time you need support AND you get an experienced technician who cares about you and your company.
With Relia IT, you’ll know your technician by first name. We like seeing familiar faces and we know you do, too. When we enter your office, we are already up to speed on your systems and prepared to start working.
We will not recommend anything for your office we would not put in our own. We put ourselves in your shoes and attempt to provide the quality IT solutions we would want in the same situation.
We are small and flexible, and not tied to any single solution. We can set up and configure a customer driven system that specifically fits you and your company.
The Relia IT Philosophy
We believe in:
- Putting the “custom” back in “CUSTOMER.” Relia IT will design your technology resources to fit your unique needs. When we are at your business or working remotely on your projects, we are focused on you. YOU are our most important client.
- Being a Team Player. We see IT support as a joint effort, a partnership. We like being on your sidelines, keeping you efficient and effective so you can perform at the top of your game every single day.
- Our partners. We do not choose to partner with companies like Dell, Lenovo and Cisco because they give us kickbacks or points. We do it because we believe strongly in their products and because they have, over time, demonstrated commitment to their partners and customers. We will do the same with you.
- Integrity. We treat our customers the way we want to be treated.
We are committed to:
- billing you only for the hours we actively work on your jobs.
- always thinking of you as a person, not an account number.
- making IT work for you.
